Language of communication
We accept and respond to communications in English. If you write to us in another language, we will do our best to respond appropriately, but English remains our default language for such correspondence.
Reporting Illegal Content
Government authorities, trusted flaggers, and users may notify us of content they believe to be illegal. To submit a report:
- Go to the Contact Form on our website.
- Select "Flagging Unsuitable Content" as the category.
Please provide
- The URL of the content you are reporting
- A clear description and reason for the report (for example, outdated, harmful, or illegal content)
- Any supporting evidence that helps establish why the content is illegal
Note: Reports may be submitted anonymously. If you provide an email address, we will acknowledge your report and inform you of the outcome, except where doing so is prohibited by law. Reports that are incomplete, unclear, or missing relevant information may not be actioned.
Transparency Reporting
In keeping with the spirit of the DSA, we aim to publish a transparency report at least once a year. The report covers:
- The number and types of content we have moderated or removed
- The reasons for any content removal
- The number of content removal requests received from public authorities and users
- The actions taken in response to those requests
This reflects our commitment to transparency and responsible content moderation.
