Your utilization of this platform constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. Should you disagree with any aspect of this agreement or find dissatisfaction with the site, please address your concerns through the Contact Us page.

If you opt to cancel the service, you may be eligible for a refund. If your passport and supporting documents have been received and submitted for processing by IMMI Tourism at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

However, if the submission hasn't been processed at the time of cancellation, you'll receive a partial refund after deducting a $25 processing charge. No refunds will be provided for applications that have already undergone processing.

Cancellation can be initiated by contacting our service lines. However, please note that IMMI Tourism cannot process refunds for credit card payments older than 40 days under any circumstances.

In such instances, a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through IMMI Tourism may be issued. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Visa and passport processing times quoted by IMMI Tourism are approximate and based on standard processing times provided by the UAE immigration department.

Processing time commences from the next business day following the successful submission of documents and payment to IMMI Tourism for "Same Day" and "Next Day" processing options.

IMMI Tourism, or any affiliated entities, will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, financial losses, or other damages due to denial or delays in approvals. Service fees will not be refunded due to processing delays or visa application rejections.

Upon online verification, your credit card(s) will be billed immediately. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered by IMMI Tourism.

Additionally, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges related to the purchase of any products or services.

Please note that requirements and fees for passport and visa processing are subject to change without notice, including:

• Immigration fees
• Processing charges
• Documentation required for visa issuance

While IMMI Tourism endeavours to accurately describe all services on the website, we do not guarantee that all statements, definitions, and descriptions are current, complete, accurate, or error-free.

Government and Immigration Department requirements and fees may change without prior notice, and such changes may take effect immediately. IMMI Tourism shall not be held responsible for outdated or inaccurate service descriptions.

You agree that IMMI Tourism is not liable for any inaccuracies or mistakes in:

Requirements and fees for visa processing are subject to change without notice. Passports and additional documents required for visa issuance are also subject to change without notice.

The immigration department may request additional documentation at their discretion and may decline visa issuance without disclosing the reason. While processing times quoted by IMMI Tourism are reliable in most cases, they are approximate and not guaranteed.

IMMI Tourism shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial losses, or other damages due to processing delays or denials.

By submitting registration and application forms, you confirm that the information provided is true and correct.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID (login) and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend IMMI Tourism, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from all suits, claims, demands, and liabilities arising from any violation of these Terms & Conditions by:

This includes claims or liabilities from any third parties arising from the use of patented or copyrighted information or for any other reason.

You agree to pay all costs, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, incurred in connection with any claim, suit, or action attributable to such actions.

All approved visas will be delivered via email upon receipt of full payment.

IMMI Tourism reserves the right to terminate your access to the site at any time without notice. You agree not to hold IMMI Tourism responsible or liable for any damages resulting from such termination.

Additionally, we reserve the right to decline document processing for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incomplete documentation
• Insufficient processing time
• Unusual circumstances
• Suspected fraud or misrepresentation
