At ONLINE UAE EVISA, we believe in transparency. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how they are calculated, and how to request one for services purchased through our visa assistance platform.
Refund eligibility is determined by the application status at the moment your written cancellation request is received. Please review the conditions carefully before submitting a cancellation request.
Important: Once documents are forwarded to the processing authority, the service is considered initiated and falls under the no-refund condition described below.
Refund Eligibility
If you opt to cancel the service, you may be eligible for a refund. The amount and eligibility depend on the stage your application has reached at the time of cancellation.
Refund amounts are calculated based on the original payment method and any processing charges that may apply. All refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.
Refund Conditions
Your refund eligibility falls into one of three categories based on application status:
Partial Refund — Before Submission
If your submission hasn't been processed at the time of cancellation, you will receive a partial refund after a $25 processing charge is deducted.
No Refund — Documents Submitted for Processing
If your passport and supporting documents have been received and submitted for processing by Emirates Visa Express at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
No Refund — Application Already Processed
No refunds will be provided for applications that have already undergone processing, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a written request to support@immi.ae from the email address used during application
- Include your application reference number and full name
- State the reason for cancellation (this helps us improve our service)
- Our team will confirm the current status of your application
- You will receive confirmation of refund eligibility within 2 business days
Refund eligibility is determined by the application status at the moment your written cancellation request is received — not when the email was sent.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within the following timeframes:

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We cannot transfer refunds to alternative accounts.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:
- Visa rejection by UAE Immigration Authorities (the service fee is for application processing, not for visa approval)
- Incorrect or false information provided by the applicant
- Applications already submitted to and processed by the relevant authorities
- Change of mind after the visa has been issued
- Failure to travel within the validity period of the issued visa
- Government fees and third-party charges already paid on the applicant's behalf
Please note: Our service fee covers professional visa assistance and application processing. It does not guarantee visa approval, which remains at the sole discretion of the UAE Immigration Authorities.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a refund decision, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide the bank or card issuer with all relevant transaction records, communications, and proof of service delivery. Chargebacks filed for services that have already been rendered may be contested and may result in account restrictions.
For unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
